Terms & Conditions (नियम तथा सर्तहरू)
1. Training and Service (तालिम र सेवा)
The training provided by Beauty Empowerment Plan will last for 60 days.
(Beauty Empowerment Plan द्वारा प्रदान गरिने तालिम ६० दिनको हुनेछ।)
This opportunity is open to all; however, applicants must accept the schedule of the batch in which their name appears.
(यो अवसर सबैका लागि खुला हुनेछ; तर आवेदकले आफ्नो नाम परेको ब्याचको तालिम समय स्वीकार गर्नुपर्नेछ।)
Interested applicants must complete registration within the specified deadline.
(इच्छुक आवेदकहरूले निर्धारण गरिएको म्यादभित्रै फाराम दर्ता गर्नुपर्नेछ।)
2. Registration and Payment (पंजीकरण र भुक्तानी)
The form will be valid only after the payment of the registration fee.
(पंजीकरण शुल्क बुझाएपछि मात्र फाराम मान्य हुनेछ।)
3. Attendance and Conduct (उपस्थिति र आचरण)
Regular attendance throughout the training is mandatory.
(तालिम अवधिभर नियमित उपस्थित अनिवार्य हुनेछ।)
Beauty Empowerment Program reserves the right to dismiss any trainee for misconduct.
(कुनै अनुशासनहीन व्यवहार भएमा तालिमबाट हटाउने अधिकार Beauty Support System सँग रहनेछ।)
4. Employment Support (रोजगारी सहयोग)
Upon successful completion of the training, Beauty Empowerment Program will bear the necessary application expenses for employment.
(तालिम सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न गरेपछि Beauty Empowerment Program ले रोजगारी प्राप्त गर्न आवश्यक प्रक्रिया र खर्चको जिम्मेवारी लिनेछ।)
Once employed, the participant must show dedication in their work and actively contribute to the company’s growth.
(रोजगारी प्राप्त भएपछि सहभागीले आफ्नो काममा निष्ठा देखाउनुपर्नेछ र कम्पनीको विकासमा सक्रिय योगदान दिनुपर्नेछ।)
This process will be based on mutual understanding to ensure the progress of both parties.
(यो प्रक्रिया पारस्परिक समझदारीमा आधारित हुनेछ, जसले दुबै पक्षको प्रगति सुनिश्चित गर्नेछ।)
5. Employment Selection (रोजगारी छनोट)
Employment selection will depend on the policies of the respective companies.
(रोजगारी छनोट सम्बन्धित कम्पनीहरूको नीतिमा निर्भर रहनेछ।)
6. Data Privacy (डेटा गोपनीयता)
Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
(तपाईंको व्यक्तिगत विवरण पूर्ण रूपमा गोप्य राखिनेछ र तपाईंको स्वीकृति बिना तेस्रो पक्षसँग साझा गरिने छैन।)
We respect your privacy and are committed to data protection as per applicable laws.
