Kathmandu Beauty Academy & Makeup Studio

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Kathmandu Beauty Academy & Makeup Studio (hereinafter referred to as “the Academy”) and the undersigned student. By enrolling in any course or training program offered by the Academy, the student acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to comply with all the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Declaration of Truth

   The student hereby declares that all information provided during admission is true, accurate, and complete. Any false, misleading, or concealed information may result in immediate termination of enrolment without refund.

2. Course Enrollment & Continuation

   Once enrolled, the student is not permitted to discontinue, withdraw, or leave the course midway. In case of unavoidable discontinuation due to personal reasons, the full course fee shall remain payable as per the agreed fee structure.

3. Fee Policy (Strictly Enforced)

   All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or cancellation of training at the sole discretion of the Academy.

4. Attendance & Discipline

   A minimum of 90% attendance is mandatory for course completion. Unauthorized absence, repeated lateness, or violation of discipline may lead to training suspension or termination.

5. Certification Policy

   Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course, required attendance, and practical assessment. Students who fail to meet these requirements shall not be eligible for certification.

6. Damage, Loss & Liability

   The student shall be held personally responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of Academy tools, equipment, or property caused intentionally or through negligence. The Academy reserves the right to recover damage costs from the student.

7. Health, Safety & Chemical Services

   The student must disclose any medical condition, allergy, skin sensitivity, or health issue prior to training. The Academy shall not be held responsible for any reaction, injury, or complication arising from undisclosed conditions or improper aftercare by the student.

8. Photography, Video & Promotional Consent

   The student grants the Academy full consent to capture and use photographs or videos taken during training for educational, promotional, marketing, or social media purposes, without any claim or objection.

9. Course Structure & Changes

   The Academy reserves the right to modify training schedules, trainers, curriculum, or class timings as necessary, without compromising course quality and without prior notice.

10. Termination Rights

    The Academy reserves the absolute right to terminate a student's enrollment immediately in cases of:

    1. Serious misconduct
    2. Violation of Academy rules
    3. Damage to reputation, property, or staff
    4. No refund shall be applicable in such cases.
11. Legal Jurisdiction

    Any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhairahawa, Nepal.

12. Final Acceptance & Declaration

    I hereby declare that all information provided by me is true and correct. I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to abide by all the Terms & Conditions, rules, and regulations of Kathmandu Beauty Academy & Makeup Studio, and that I have carefully read and accepted all four (4) pages of this Admission Form.
